General Services Qualifications
General contracting services are for projects exceeding $25,000.00 but not more than $300,000.00 associated with the installation, maintenance and repair of Northern’s facilities. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: electrical, roofing, structural, drainage system construction or repairs, roadway repairs (including signage striping, base rock, asphalt, curbing and swales), lake/canal bank repair, painting, trash removal (animals, trash, carts, etc.), landscaping (pruning, bracing, installation, fertilization, etc.) and general labor services. Proposals will be requested from Northern’s annual minor service contractors and work authorized based on the lowest and best responsive Bid.
