Randy Cross joined Northern’s Operations Department in 1986.

Randy is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and served as a reservist following his discharge. He is a mason having worked in the Masonic organization for nine years. He worked throughout 2005 and 2006 on Northern’s U.S. Dept. of Agriculture NRCS grants, with Randy overseeing the majority of the $1,000,000 reimbursed to Northern for work in multiple units involving extensive canal clearing, bank restoration, and excavation.

• Oversees Aquatic spray contracts
• Prepares canal Maintenance schedules
• Prepares pipe outfall inspection schedules
• Performs canal inventory
• Member of the Safety Committee
