Katie Roundtree joined Northern’s Finance Department in 2002.

Katie received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Florida Atlantic University. She earned her CPA while working at Haas Diaz & Company where she audited numerous governmental entities for four years. In addition, she received her Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Leadership Palm Beach County Alumni- Class of 2018.

• Serves as Assistant Treasurer to the Board
• Coordinates the preparation of the annual financial statements

• Manages payroll and benefit administration
• Manages human resources
• Manages insurance programs
• Grants administration
• Serves as Records Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) with the State to approve destruction and retention of records per State guidelines.
• Manages public relations program.
