Kathleen Maloney-Pollack joined Northern in her present position in 2022. She previously worked for Northern in Administration from 1996-2005.

Kathleen earned a BSBA in Public Administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She brings over twenty years of governmental experience back to Northern. In addition to her prior tenure at Northern, Kathleen was a pension benefit expert for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System and a regulatory specialist for the South Florida Water Management District. Using her knowledge of the District, she now supports the District Engineer, the Director of Finance & Administration and all Northern Staff.

• Provides technical assistance to the District Engineer
• Organizes records and determines records destruction timeframes, particularly for construction contacts, infrastructure plans and facility documentation, in accordance with State Records Management Guidelines
• Uploads documents to computerized information system
• Member of the Safety Committee
